Peter and I are wondering if Journey, Sierra, Ocean and Emma are willing we would really love to have them as our flower girls. What do you think moms? Can you let me know? Thanks!!!

Unfortunate Loss

As most of you know, Peter's basketball team, The Mount Royal College Cougars, won the ACAC Championships and went to represent Alberta at the CCAA Men's Basketball National Championships on Tuesday, March 14, 2006. They played there first game Thursday evening against the Sheridan Bruins and had a very unfortunate loss in overtime, 91-87 Bruins.
They're pretty down about this loss as there have been some huge upsets in the tournament and had MRC won the game, they would have had a VERY good chance at winning Nationals.
MRC is still in the running for third place and play their next game Friday evening against UCFV.

New Job

Well, the time finally came for me to end my career in the Oil & Gas Industry. I had a job offer at the Calgary Women's Emergency Shelter and graciously accepted it. For a long time I have been looking for a position where I could use my administration skills for a purpose and I think this is a great start in the right direction.

I also had an offer to be a nanny for a newborn baby boy, however, with my upcoming marriage decided that it would occupy too many evenings (thanks to all who offered their thoughts).

HONEYMOON

Yay! We booked our honeymoon today! We decided to go to Veradero, Cuba. We're staying at the Iberostar Veradero from 24 June 06 to 08 July 06. So excited!!!
