Check In

Official check in is 4:00 pm, however, it's likely that our rooms will be ready earlier. If you need to get into your room earlier call the hotel Friday morning and request that your room be made up by whatever time you want. And let me know if you have any difficulties!

Late Check Out

Just to let everyone know I requested that we all have a late check out time of 12:00 pm. But when you're checking in can you remind them? Thanks!

Brunch

On Sunday a few people are going to Chez Francois for brunch at 12:00 pm. If you would like to join us please let me know as I'm going to make reservations because it's also Father's Day. The restaurant is so good, reasonable priced, and 3 minutes from the hotel! If you go, try the crepes, they're amazing!

I need help . . .

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone would be interested in helping me with a few things . . .

Saturday, about an hour before the wedding, I need someone to take the flowers to the church and put them wherever they think looks good and then an hour or two before the reception I need someone to take the decorations over to the restaurant and decorate. The church job is the easiest and the reception is pretty easy too and neither will require a lot of time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
